Ducati puts it the Multistrade is the dream Ducati – 4 bikes in 1. A sport bike, long-distance tourer, urban and road enduro. The Ducati Multistrada has very similar styling with the GS BMW. Yet the Ducati has a fire breathing dragon under its red dress pumping out a whopping 150HP. With this type of horsepower it will make your touring, enduro riding, or ravaging the country roads a joy.
First look at the Ducati Multistrada doesn’t exactly look like a enduro type of bike. Would you honestly take this beautiful bike and thrash it down some dirt road? Well yes I would and I would enjoy every second of it and bring on the single track. This type of bike would be great fun roosting your BMW buddies while unleashing 150HP on a dirt road. Wow the Ducati blood just starts pumping while thinking about it.
Ducati seems to have hit the nail on the head with the Multistrada. A motorcycle for all occasions with an engine that will make you scream.
The actual specification list is even better than we dared hope for. There are two versions of the Multistrada 1200 – a standard version that can be specified with or without ABS and then a higher specification S.
The S can then be ordered in either Sport Edition or Touring Edition. The Sport has carbon fiber parts like engine covers, front air intakes, rear mudguard, spoilers, and Ducati DES System (Ducati Electronic Suspension) that electronically controls the Ohilins suspension and ABS brakes.
The Touring model has removable bags, heated grips and a center stand including all the features from the S model as standard.
