Ducati fans around the globe will be foaming at the mouth seeing these pictures. The guys over at MCN have a mole in the desert taking pictures of the new Ducati ripping up the country side. The Ducati Stradaperta hitting the dirt for the first time looks like a duck taking to water, just natural. The market segment which Ducati is going after is the BMW GS market which is looking for casual off road rider.
No indication of how the 1098 engine handles or throws the dirt at this point but we can only speculate that traction would be an issue. We can definitely say the Straderta has separated itself from it’s Multistrada cousin. Stay tuned as we expect more news to come from the Milan Motorcycle show.
