Marco Simoncelli
Aprilia announced today that it would be very difficult to build enough bikes to accommodate Marco on the new RSV4 for the 2009 season. Although Aprilia admits that adding Simoncelli to the roster would be very good for the companies image logistically it will be a nightmare to bring one more bike and team to the overseas rounds. We expect Aprilia to make accommodations for Simoncelli next year if Max Biaggi or Shinya Nakano don’t perform well.
