Harley-Davidson announced Vickie Sampson as the winning film maker in the Motor Company’s Bikes, Camera, Action! film contest. Bikes, Camera, Action! contest he contest encouraged women who ride motorcycles to make a two-minute video showing the joy of the ride. This inspired female film makers from around the country to inspire other women to get behind the handlebars of their very own motorcycles.
